âś… How Same-Day Delivery Works:

  • Order Cut-off Time: Place your order before 12:00 PM to receive it the same day.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the same day.

  • Service Area: Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi City and select surrounding areas (e.g., Westlands, Kilimani, Parklands, South B, etc.)

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Applies only to in-stock items.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

  • In rare cases (weather, traffic, or high volume), delays may occur—we’ll notify you immediately.
